To get started with Fabric and Flax, collect Sugar Cane and Wheat. Craft two Wheat and one Sugar Cane into a Flax Bundle.
Craft a Spinning Wheel and place the Flax Bundle into the first slot. It will give you three String.
Make a Spool by crafting a four Sticks in a wheel shape. You will receive four Spools.
Next, make a Thread Spool by crafting a Spool with a piece of Thread.
Craft a Weaving Table and place two Thread Spools in the first slot and then click Weave. It will output two Thread Spools and one piece of Cloth.
Craft Cloth Armor using standard armor recipes.
NOTE: A new version is coming soon that has a sewing machine and the crafting recipes for cloth armor will no longer be available.
